Does August Smart Lock Pro (4th Gen) work with Samsung SmartThings

The August Smart Lock Pro (4th Gen) connects using Z-Wave/WiFi.

Since it uses Z-Wave/WiFi, it pairs directly with Samsung SmartThings — no extra bridge or hardware needed to get it working.

Setup: In the August app, go to Lock Settings > Z-Wave Settings > Add to Z-Wave Network, then start inclusion mode on your SmartThings hub within 30 seconds.

Keep in mind: Requires the optional Z-Wave module (August Connect Sense) to be installed on the lock — without it, the lock only works over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, not SmartThings.
